Q: Do you block or restrict any port?
A: We do not block or restrict any port on our network. However, we have a smart Anti-spam system in place which blocks smtp port on an IP if outgoing spam is detected. We have strict rules to prevent abusive usage of our services.
Q: How long does it take to deliver a VPS?
A: Delivery of our VPS is almost immdiate. You will receive access details instantly upon the payment.
Q: Do you accept Bitcoin or any other CryptoCurrency?
A: At the moment, we only accept PayPal and Card payments.
Q: Where are your servers located?
A: We currently operate your infrastructure in France. We will add more location in future.
Q: Do you allow email marketting?
A: We have strict rules to avoid outgoing SPAM originating from our network. If outgoing SPAM is detected, the originating VPS may be suspended or terminated without prior notice and no refund will be provided. Please note that if you order additional IP addresses, you may only send out emails from primary IP.
