I had a domain expire over the weekend with APlus[dot]net. I tried to renew it but their website didn’t work and their support was closed over the weekend. I initiated a transfer to a new registrar. APlus responded Monday morning that I would have to wait until Saturday. In the meantime, the domain is down. They won’t expedite the transfer and they won’t renew it. APlus is just a reseller for Hostopia. I contacted Hostopia and they indicated that APlus could indeed renew the domain and then proceed with the transfer.

What can I do to get my domain back online ASAP? I’ve transferred hundreds of domains between other registrars and I’ve never had this issue. I definitely won’t be coming back to this company.
